Publication. The fellow has to continuously publish (1) journal article and/or (2) book in IIARI. Publication of journal article includes conference proceedings journal while publication of book includes as editor of an edited book collection and author of a chapter.
Leadership. The fellow has to serve as (1) chair, co-chair or member of any committee and/or (2) speaker in any academic event in IIARI. Academic events include webinars, conferences, research competitions, awards and benchmarking.
Community engagement. The fellow has to perform service whether academic or non-academic (1) in IIARI and/or (2) other institutions representing IIARI. Academic or non-academic services include roles as reviewer, evaluator, technical working group, and board membership.
Excellence. The fellow received award from (1) IIARI and/or (2) other institutions. Awards that require no registration and payment including authorship, leadership, service, teaching, research and employment service.
Integrity. The fellow has to uphold (1) commitment to professional development and/or (2) commitment to educational excellence. Commitment refers to the continuous upgrade of knowledge and skills through attendance in formal and informal education programs and assumption of higher academic leadership roles.
