The author is presently an Assistant Professor at Partido State University and a Ph.D. student in Community Development at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. He holds two master’s degrees (Master in Business Administration and Master of Science in Community Development). In both national and international research journals, he published a number of articles. His main areas of interest in research included value chain analysis, impact assessment, gender and climate change, and organization and community development studies. He is a native from Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region and a licensed professional teacher as well.
