A: Conference participant-observers are considered listeners.

 

Q: Is there any discount available?

A: Aside from early bird payments, 20% discount is applicable to all recognized fellows.

 

Q: Can I withdraw my paper from the conference and refund the fee after payment?

A: Author can withdraw the paper from the conference at any time through formal email to conference secretariat at icmiar@iiari.org. If the paper is withdrawn at least one month before the conference date, the author is entitled to full refund. However, it the paper is withdrawn less than 30 days before the conference date, the author is NOT eligible for any refund..

 

Q: If I registered/paid but will not attend/present, will I still get the certificate?

A: You will get Certificate of Participation. As this event is hybrid, the participants can choose to attend online or offline. However, payments must be recalculated based on the mode of attendance. Certificate of Presentation and CPD are only given to attending participants.

 

Q: Only one author is registered for the conference, will the remaining authors receive the certificate?

A: The remaining authors receive only the e-Certificate of Participation for the research paper presented not the CPD certificate.

 

Q: Can I submit the abstract only?

A: You can submit the EXTENDED ABSTRACT for conference acceptance consideration. The full paper must be submitted for proceedings publication.

 

Q: Is the full paper published in the conference proceedings?

A: The full paper or extended abstract has the opportunity to be published in the proceedings journal. However, it is subject to evaluation and double-blind peer review process.

 

Q: Can I submit research articles not within the conference tracks?

A: No. Selection of the paper is based on the journal/conference scope and coverage.

 

Q: Can I just send pre-recorded video?

A: Yes, pre-recorded videos are encouraged for virtual presenters especially from participants with some technical and internet difficulties.

 

Q: Can I just present the paper in the conference without the journal publication?

A: Yes, you can signify your interest not to publish your paper in the journal. In any case, your submission follows the same process with or without journal publication.
