This study was conducted to determine the lived experiences of Senior High School students during their work immersion. Six Senior High School TVL students were selected using purposive sampling, and the researcher-made interview guide was used to capture the responses through face-to-face interviews. The data was analyzed and interpreted using the thematic analysis of Collaizzi’s method. The instrument was content validated by a jury composed of four members. The findings of the study showed that the lived experiences of senior high school during their work immersion were categorized into four themes: interaction and socialization; responsibility and obedience; enhancement of work ethics and skills; and career growth. The challenges and problems encountered by the senior high school during their work immersion were categorized into the following themes: communication gap; time management conflict; supervisors’ management and handling clients; religious consciousness; and demanding environment. Coping mechanisms of the Senior High School students in addressing the challenges in work immersion were categorized into the following themes: unity and cooperation; work ethics; optimism and resilience. It was concluded that students often face a wide range of situations and challenges. To ensure that the work immersion program has well-defined and exact learning objectives, it is recommended that it be aligned with the students' desired learning outcomes and the curriculum requirements of their academic program.
