This narrative inquiry research study delves into the realm of school bullying specifically exploring the experiences of bullied students and proposing guidance intervention program. Conducted at Valderrama Elementary School in Culasi Antique during the school year 2022-2023, the study included five elementary pupils who had fallen victim to school bullying, as documented by the designated teacher acting as the guidance counselor. Researcher meticulously crafted an interview guide based on existing literature and research studies, conducting data gathering from March 2022 to December 2023. To preserve participant confidentiality, pseudonyms were utilized throughout the discussions. Thematic Inquiry served as analytical approach resulting to prominent themes on the lived experiences of bullied students including verbal abuse, name-calling, physical abuse resulting in stress-induced symptoms, and discrimination during school activities. Proposed Guidance Intervention Program, as voiced by bullied students, centered around two key themes: the development of a school-based anti-bullying program and an initiative for disseminating information to learners, parents, and the community about the school- based anti-bullying policy. The study recommends the comprehensive capability building program titled “Bullying Prevention and respond Training”, designed for teachers, parents, students, encompassing objective, defining bullying and understanding its form bullying, discussing report on prevalence and impacts, exploring intervention, best practices, identifying pathways for policy implementation, and organizing activities to foster bullying prevention at the school, community levels. Overall, the study sheds light on multifaceted aspects of school bullying, insights into the experiences of victims, and proposing tangible intervention strategies for a safer learning environment
