This study was conducted to determine the level of teacher’s well-being and organizational commitment in the District of Batan. Descriptive- correlation survey research design was used in this study. The elementary teachers in the District of Batan were used as respondents during the study investigation process. The data was analyzed and interpreted using frequency counts, percentage, weighted mean as the descriptive statistics and Gamma chi-square to understand the strength of the relationship between teacher’s well-being and organizational commitment. The research instrument used was in the form of survey questionnaires. The level of teacher’s well-being was found to be highly evident. In addition, the level of teacher’s organizational commitment was found to be highly committed. Furthermore, the level of relationship between teacher’s well-being and organizational commitment showed: emotional well-being with low relationship; physical well-being with moderate relationship; occupational well-being with high relationship; social well-being with low relationship; spiritual well-being with moderate relationship; intellectual well-being with moderate relationship; environmental well-being with low relationship; and financial well-being with very low relationship. Lastly, the overall level of relationship between teacher’s well-being and organizational commitment was found to be low.
