Mr. Charlie Torres Anselmo is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics Education at De La Salle University–Manila as a Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Scholar. He is a faculty member at Isabela State University–Cauayan Campus and is actively engaged as a Content Editor and Reviewer for Senior High School and secondary-level Physics textbooks with one of the largest publishing companies in the Philippines.
To date, he has authored 30 scholarly articles published in reputable local and international journals and has presented his research in various international conferences, reflecting his strong commitment to advancing science and technology education. He has also received national and international recognition. His research interests focus on educational technology integration, artificial intelligence and augmented reality in physics education, teacher professional development, and science pedagogy, with the overarching goal of fostering innovation and cultivating meaningful learning experiences for 21st-century learners.
