ETHELMAY RAMOS ROMERO earned a Post Doctoral in Strategic Management and Leadership at Philippine Christian University in Manila, a Doctor of Business Administration, a Master in Business Administration – both from the Southern Luzon State University in Lucban, Quezon – and a Bachelor of Science in Secretarial Administration at Union College of Laguna. She has also earned units in education and passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LPT). From 2011 to 2018, she served as a Content Writer of the official Website of the Provincial Government of Laguna. She is an Associate Professor I with over 19 years of experience teaching Major courses both in Business and Office administration programs previously in private schools in Laguna and presently at the Laguna State Polytechnic University Santa Cruz Campus. She is presently the Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration at the LSPU SCC and the OJT Coordinator for the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA). Recently, she served as the Research Implementing Unit head of the CBAA, Member of the LSPU University Cluster Curriculum Review Committee, Officer of the Faculty Association of LSPU SCC. She has gained such certifications as a Certified Trained the Trainer by TUV Rheiland, a Certified Human Resource Associate, and a Capital Market Investment Teaching Accredited Professional.

She has numerous numbers of published articles both locally and internationally. She is the author of Foundation of Shorthand Workbook (1st and 2nd Editions), Talahulugan sa Istenong Filipino (1st and 2nd Editions), Workbook sa Takigrapiyang Filipino, Legal Office Procedures (1st and 2nd Editions), Practicum Manual for Business Coursesa.
