Professional Background
Dr. Kazi Omar Siddiqi obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2006. After that, he proceeded to his Master of Science in International Business from Buckinghamshire New University, United Kingdom, in 2010 and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Management) from Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia in 2023. Now, he is an associate professor in the Department of Management Studies, Comilla University, Bangladesh. Siddiqi is interested in research and development activities, especially in human resource management and marketing.
Siddiqi has published several research papers in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) Indexed journals. As of December 15, 2025, the number of citations for Siddiqi’s articles in Google Scholar amounted to 1144.
