Professional Background
Dr. Leslie Amor Namoro recently completed the Graduate Diploma in Tourism Development and Management program at the University of the Philippines Diliman – Asian Institute of Tourism. She also holds a Doctorate Degree in Hospitality Management from the Philippine Women’s University in Manila and is a Licensed Professional Teacher. With extensive experience working overseas in restaurants, hotels, and cruise ships—where she held various key positions, she has established herself as a woman leader in the academic service sector. She previously served as the Dean of the School of Business Administration and Accountancy at the City College of San Jose del Monte. For nearly a decade, she was also the Dean of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Colegio de San Lorenzo and has been a faculty member at several institutions, including the Lyceum of the Philippines University and Far Eastern University. She is currently a faculty member at the National University – Fairview Campus, where she mentors research students in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
