Marcello Forcellini, PhD, is a senior financial executive and academic with over ten years of experience in banking, healthcare, and public administration. He holds a PhD in Finance from Bayes Business School, an MBA with distinction, and a second-level Master’s from SDA Bocconi. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Institute for Social Security of San Marino and held board and executive roles in major banking institutions. Alongside his executive career, he is a Contract Professor and published researcher specializing in financial stability, risk management, and public-sector governance.
