My name is Allysa P. Taniegra, and I am a 4th-year student studying Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English. I want to become a teacher who helps students improve their language skills and develop a love for reading and writing. I am passionate about clear communication and engaging students, and I hope to bring these strengths into my future classroom. I am interested in understanding what influences students’ career choices, especially for senior high school students. Our research looks at the personal, academic, and social factors that shape these decisions. I am curious about how guidance, support, and curriculum can help students make thoughtful choices as they move from school to either work or further studies. My goal is to be a teacher who supports students not only in their studies but also in their personal growth and career planning. I hope to use our research to create better guidance programs and teaching methods that help students make informed career choices. In the future, I would like to contribute to educational research and curriculum design, helping students prepare for life after high school.
