Mr. Ariel N. Delfino is an Associate Professor at Partido State University, Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, and an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. He holds two master’s degrees: an MBA from Partido State University and a Master of Science in Community Development with a minor in Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Community Development with a minor in Environmental Science at UPLB. He presented some of his research papers at National and International Research Conferences and published them in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals. His research interests include value chain analysis, impact assessment, gender and climate change, and organization and community development studies.
