Dr. Cynthia J. Reyroso earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and another in Elementary Education from Tayabas Western Academy. Following her studies, she passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). In 2004, she earned her Master of Arts in Educational Management from the Philippine College of Health Sciences, and recently, she completed her Doctor of Education in Educational Management at San Pablo Colleges, receiving the Best Dissertation Award. She passed the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads in 2013 and now serves as Principal III at one of Quezon Province’s largest elementary schools. With 24 years in the Department of Education and 17 years as a school head, Dr. Reyroso has led in curriculum and governance, earning recognition as a resource speaker, learning resources evaluator, and curriculum writer. Committed to inclusive education, her school supports the Alternative Learning System and Special Needs Education. She also teaches Business and Teacher Education at Tayabas Western Academy. In 2022, she presented research on strategic management accounting at the 7th International Conference on Research Innovations in Penang, Malaysia. Dr. Reyroso’s expertise and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact on Philippine education.
