I’m Mar Rhenzo M. Manayan, a 22-year-old, 4th-year student at Northwestern University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management. Originally from Brgy. 38-B Mangato, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, I have consistently shown dedication and initiative throughout my academic journey. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the College Department, I play an essential role in supporting and organizing department activities, fostering collaboration, and advocating for my peers’ interests. My academic focus on financial management reflects my commitment to understanding financial principles and their impact on business success. In my role within the College Department, I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, which have prepared me for future roles in finance and business administration.
