Maria. Patricia L. Umali is a 21-year-old student from Pila, Laguna, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in Science at Laguna University. She aspires to become an educator who enhances students’ language skills and fosters a love for reading and writing. Driven by a passion for clear communication and engaging learning, Patricia hopes to bring these strengths into her future classroom. Her research interests focus on understanding the factors that influence students’ career choices, particularly for senior high school students. The study explores the personal, academic, and social elements that shape these decisions, aiming to shed light on how guidance, support, and curriculum can assist students in making well-informed choices as they transition from school to either the workforce or higher education.
