MARK JOSHUA RAMOS LOTO is a 21-year-old Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Sciences student and a Pre-Service Teacher at Batangas State University – The National Engineering University Lipa. He lives in Cuenca, Batangas where he graduated With Highest Honors at Cuenca Senior High School taking Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) in 2021, and With Honors at Fermin La Rosa National High School in 2019. He is a science enthusiast and has a passion for leadership, journalism, and research writing. In the past years, he served as a student leader in various academic and co-curricular organizations. He attended several local and international seminars, activities, and student exchange programs. He is a Would-be Eagle Scout and is currently in the teaching practice.
