My name is Regina Ciolo, and I am currently in my fourth year as a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) majoring in English at Laguna University. I am also a co-author of the research titled “Analysis of the Factors Affecting Grade 12 Senior High School Students in Career Decision-Making for Incoming College.” This study aims to identify the key factors influencing the career decision-making of students preparing for higher education, a topic that resonates with me personally, as I experienced similar struggles with career choices five years ago. I am a dedicated and goal-driven individual with a clear vision for my future. Through this research, we aspire to offer meaningful insights and practical guidance to students facing challenges in making informed career decisions.
