Ryan Paul P. Marcelino is a dedicated undergraduate student pursuing his last year of degree in Computer Science at Cavite State University – Silang Campus. Currently a 21-year old graduating student residing in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, he always finds ways to explore and deepen his knowledge about technology and its applications to everyday lives. His curiosity about how computers and programs work has led him into this wonderful journey and contributed to another paper that will enlighten every reader’s mind. Currently, Ryan is focused on e-voting systems, where they explore different approaches such as the blockchain technology to achieve a more secure and decentralized voting system. Beyond academics, Ryan actively engaged in blockchain related communities such as the Junior Blockchain Education Consortium of the Philippines – Kabsuhenyo and learned more about blockchain and how it can affect the future of many systems in our lives. With this, he aspires to contribute meaningfully to the field through his contribution.
