I’m Stephanie R. Pizarro a graduating student at Northwestern University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resource Development Management. Hailing from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and has demonstrated strong leadership and commitment throughout the academic journey. As the current President of the Organization of Business Administration Students (OBAS), plays a key role in organizing events, fostering student engagement, and advocating for the interests of peers within the University Community. My academic focus on human resource development reflects passion for understanding people management and organizational behavior. And deeply interested in shaping workplaces that prioritize employee growth and development. Involvement in OBAS has sharpened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, preparing for future roles in HR and business management.
