Our Proceedings Journals
The Institute publishes regular and special issues of its proceedings journals indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). These journals feature high-quality papers with global visibility. If your institution or organization organizes academic conferences and is looking for low-cost proceedings journals to publish accepted conference papers, let us know, and we can work something out.
Guidelines
Interested academic institutions or conference organizers may submit a proposal for approval prior to the submission and upload of research papers. The Institute evaluates proposals based on the credibility of the institution/organization and the conference. Once the conference is approved, organizers/editors must follow the journal guidelines for formatting and uploading papers.
Submission and Review of Conference Papers
All submitted papers must be accepted and peer-reviewed by the conference committee through single-blind, double-blind, or editorial review. After the conference review, papers will undergo the journal’s double-blind review process. Only papers accepted by the journal’s editorial board will be published.
Journal Special Issue
Academic institutions or conference organizers may submit a proposal for a special issue. A special issue requires at least 20 papers on a common theme.
Open Access Publication
Proceedings journals are published as open access. Authors retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Open-access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows anyone to reproduce, redistribute, and adapt the work for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given.

Article Proceesing Charges (APC)
We accept institutional conference papers in bundles of at least 15 papers, with an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $20 per paper (₱1,000 for Philippine authors). Recognized institutional members can avail themselves of a 20% discount on papers presented at their own conferences. For the list of institutional members, click here.
The Institute reserves the right to increase the APC without prior notice.
