The International Research Competitions 2022 closed the year with Ariel N. Delfino, a faculty member at Partido State University and PhD student at University of the Philippines Los Banos, as the ultimate victor in the Category 3 Graduate. Meanwhile, AMT Chandula from Wayamba University with her coach/mentor Dissanayake H. and Iddagoda A. was named grand winner in the Category 2 Undergraduate while Ashly E. Gabiana, Jasmin Faith Flores and Sharleen M. Macalintal from Santisimo Rosario Integrated High School with coach/mentors, Maria Monica M. Angeles and Katherine H. Pagkaliwangan, were named grand winner in the Category 1 Highschool.
The winners received cash prize of P10,000 for Category 3, USD150 for Category 2 and P5000 for category 1, plaque sponsored by Rotary Club of Lucena Central President Russel Gisalan, commemorative medal and certificate. The virtual awarding ceremony was held on December 3, 2022.
