Dr. Ruel F. Ancheta and Dr. Salvacion M. Domingo assume new responsibilities as directors of Media and Publications and Training and Development, respectively. The former bequeaths editorial post while the latter concurrently serves as board member.
Ancheta, an assistant professor in Gulf College Oman, heads the journals and book publications. He oversees the overall strategic direction of the publication division of the institute. As a lifetime fellow awardee, he has proven his trust and dedication to the institution through his active participation in various activities and programs. He is the lead author of an article published in the maiden issue of International Journal of Education Management and Development Studies with the highest number of citations.
Domingo, on the other hand, is the person behind the successful staging of virtual events and conferences. As a Doctor of IT, she oversees the technical functions of all virtual events for the past 3 years. She now leads the training and development unit through development of online courses offered through Moodle LMS.
