Dr. Donald T. Sumad-on serves as the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) at Isabela State University. He holds a PhD in Criminal Justice, majoring in Criminology, and has over ten years of experience in the teaching profession. He is the author of several criminology books, including Fundamentals of Criminal Investigation and Intelligence and Forensic Ballistics.
Dr. Sumad-on has been invited to deliver lectures on criminological research and related topics at various institutions.
