Dr. Von P. Gabayan Jr. is an Information Technology educator and researcher with a strong background in software development, web-based systems, and educational information systems. He is engaged in teaching IT-related courses and mentoring students in capstone projects, system analysis and design, and research-based outputs. His professional interests include ICT integration in education, decision support systems, academic management systems, and technology-enabled teaching practices. He actively contributes to academic research, student development programs, and institutional initiatives that advance innovation in the ICT field.
