Professional Background
Dr. Jennifer M. Oestar is a proud product of Southern Luzon State University (graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education, with Academic Excellence Award) and is currently taking units in Doctor of Philosophy in English. She gained employment as a full-fledged English language and literature grade school and college teacher for almost ten years. Been a school’s research coordinator, she likes spending her free time on action researches concerning student learning and their corresponding behavior. She is also fond of campus journalism and was then the school paper co-adviser and Open High School Program coordinator of Canda NHS until March 2020. She is also a part-time instructor at College of Sciences Technology and Communications handling general and major subjects in English. She also works as a Licensure Examination for Teachers review lecturer, speaker and module content editor. Currently, she works as Education Program Specialist for School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation in the Schools Division of Lucena City. She also acts as the alternate Division Information Officer.
