Book Editor & Reviewer
IIARI recruits qualified professionals to be part of its advisory board (internal reviewers) and external pool of reviewers. This role is vital to the quality of the publications as well as the continuous adherence to the principles of fair and thorough review process. The selection process is based on the qualification, specialization and relevant experience of the applicants.
Advisory Board (Internal Reviewer)
Qualifications
The minimum academic qualification must be a doctorate degree holder or its equivalent. Applicant with extensive writing experience and doctorate units can be considered. Applicants should have ORCID, Google Scholar or Scopus accounts for the verification of research works.
Benefits
This role is on a voluntary basis. As such, no monetary compensation is given for the services. However, there are non-financial and other financial incentives including discounts, free publication and/or registration and referral payment. All approved advisory board members get:
- a certificate of advisory board membership.
- 20% discount in the publication, conference and training fees.
- opportunity for FREE publication after at least 5 quality paper reviews.
- opportunity for the Outstanding Reviewer of the Year award.
Application
The members of the advisory board are the editors of the edited book collections or reviewers of submitted monographs. Editors of book collections serve as internal reviewers of submitted book chapters. Hence, to become advisory board member an applicant needs to submit book authorship proposal in any of the available books. On the other hand, reviewers of monographs need to register in the official online submission portal (here) and must submit the updated CV with latest photo through the application form. Your application is sent directly to the Director for Media and Publications for proper evaluation. Upon approval, you will be notified through email. You will receive the e-certificate of recognition upon your confirmation of the terms and condition.
NOTE: The Institute reserves the right to remove any editorial board member in case of conflict of interest, non-participation and unethical practices.
External Reviewer
