The primary objective of this study was to determine the relationship between Barangay Tibal-og food catering services and customer satisfaction. This study used a descriptive correlational design for quantitative research. Two sets of adapted-modified survey questionnaires were administered to 200 responders who freely contributed their time and effort to fill out the questionnaires which were the customers who avail the food catering services in different catering establishments. Mean, Pearson r, and standard deviation were used tools to identify the relationship between the variables. The findings of the study showed that food catering services in terms of menu composition, layout design, and service offered are much observed. Customer Satisfaction in food quality, service quality, and price/perceived value of money are much observed. The results of the study indicated that there was no significant relationship between Food Catering Services and Customer Satisfaction. Therefore, it is hoped that this study could motivate food catering services to implant more effective strategies in terms of service quality. By understanding these factors, catering service providers can tailor their offerings to better meet customers’ expectations and enhance overall satisfaction. The findings contributed to the existing knowledge on customer satisfaction in the food service industry, in today's food catering business, customer satisfaction is seen as a critical aspect influencing an organization's success the popularity of catering services supports the growing demand for businesses to gauge consumer satisfaction.
