The success of the curricular program offered by an institution is measured based from the quality of graduates produced. The evaluation of the current employers may serve as basis for quality inspection whether academic success is realized among the graduates. This study aimed to summarize the feedback given by the employers as to the job performance of graduates in one state university. The study employed mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research participated by 103 employers in Laguna mostly teaching personnel from private and public schools. Based from the result of the study, the graduates of Laguna State Polytechnic University show excellent manifestation of integrity, professionalism and innovation in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities at work. When grouped according to gender, the study revealed that there is no significant difference between male and female respondents which implies both groups perform their tasks with the same level of integrity, professionalism and innovation. Moreover, there is a positive significant relationship between and among the attributes of LSPU graduates indicating that each are contributory in realizing success at work. Lastly, as evaluated by employers, graduates showcase good qualities of being a teacher through work ethics, positive attribute and commendable competence.
