In an academic institution, emphasizes on the important role of the faculty is noted. In order to understand its instructional language and capacities, a correlational study was conducted. Using the universal sampling technique, it was revealed that there was a very high level of triarchic and instructional competence manifested by the instructors; it doesn’t matter as to what program they belong. Moreover, analytical, creative and practicality contributed much to the instructors’ competence. Thus, academic officials must hone its faculty to maximum extent towards critical analysis, mobilization of processes and skills of scientific knowledge, and artistry in transferring of scientific works and dimensions.
