Dr. Jeddah Quiño-Justol is a dedicated educator, researcher, and academic leader with extensive experience in higher education, specializing in educational management, research, and teacher training. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor IV at Tagoloan Community College, Dr. Quiño-Justol has held various academic and administrative positions, including Associate Professor and Licensure Examination for Teachers Coordinator at Capitol University, as well as Instructor and Research Coordinator at Northern Bukidnon State College.
Dr. Quiño-Justol holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management from Capitol University (Class of 2023) and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College (Class of 2020). Currently pursuing additional graduate studies, Dr. Quiño-Justol is enrolled in the Master of Arts in Education Major in Elementary Education at PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College. An academic achiever, Dr. Quiño-Justol graduated Cum Laude and as a Presidential Scholar in Bachelor of Elementary Education at PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College and previously earned a Diploma in Educational Psychology (With Distinction). He is a Certified Professional Teacher and a recipient of PD 907 – Honor Graduate Eligibility from the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
An active member of professional organizations, Dr. Quiño-Justol is an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) alongside memberships in PAFTE and PAPTR. Passionate about civic engagement, Dr. Quiño-Justol also volunteers with the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting.
With a strong background in research, Dr. Quiño-Justol has led and collaborated on various research projects, notably serving as Research Component Leader for the study “Factors Influencing the Incidence of Teenage Pregnancy in Northern Mindanao”, in partnership with NEDA Region 10 and Commission on Population Development Region 10. A distinguished scholar, Dr. Quiño-Justol has presented at numerous national and international research conferences, earning multiple Certificates of Achievement and the Best Presentation Award in Education Category.
Dr. Quiño-Justol is committed to advancing research and education, continuously mentoring students and educators in pedagogy, digital learning, and instructional leadership. With expertise in teacher training, research development, and educational management, Dr. Quiño-Justol remains a driving force in shaping future educators and contributing to scholarly discourse in the field of education.
