Dr. Julius Jay N. Rodriguez is a dedicated and innovative Assistant Professor I at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, where he has been serving since 2019 under the College of Arts and Sciences. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education with Academic Honors and a Master of Arts in Teaching Major in General Science and Technology, both from NEUST, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Wesleyan University–Philippines. With extensive experience in science education, instructional innovation, research advising, and curriculum development, he consistently demonstrates a commitment to fostering student-centered learning and academic excellence. As an active researcher, he has published scholarly works in reputable international journals focusing on pedagogy, sustainability, environmental science, and the integration of artificial intelligence in education. His professional engagements extend to various academic organizations, reflecting his dedication to continuous professional growth, research collaboration, and contribution to national and global educational communities. Equipped with strong competencies in educational leadership, research methodology, curriculum design, and student engagement strategies, he continues to advance instructional quality and institutional development through teaching, research, and extension services.
In addition to his academic and research responsibilities, Julius Jay N. Rodriguez actively contributes to university initiatives by serving as a resource speaker and trainer in various faculty development programs focused on research writing, artificial intelligence literacy, and innovative pedagogical strategies. He has been invited to serve as a research panelist, statistician, and thesis adviser for undergraduate and graduate students, demonstrating his expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. His professional work also includes involvement in extension projects aimed at community development, environmental awareness, and digital literacy enhancement. He holds National Certification III in Event Management Services and has completed specialized training in English language and cultural communication. His commitment to academic service, community engagement, and continuous upskilling further strengthens his role as an educator and researcher dedicated to excellence and innovation.
