Mark Anthony Polinar
Dr. Polinar serves as a Teacher II and Research Coordinator at Mabolo National High School. Also, he is a part-time faculty member at the graduate school of Cebu Institute of Technology-University and a part-time college instructor at St. Cecilia’s College-Cebu, Inc. Additionally, Dr. Polinar is a distinguished researcher in the fields of business, management, education, and social sciences. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a doctorate in the same field. Furthermore, he has earned a diploma in professional education and holds several professional certifications, including Civil Service Professional Eligibility, Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), Bookkeeping NCIII, Trainers Methodology Level I, Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), and Certified Research Specialist (CRS).
Currently, he is pursuing a second doctorate-a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, majoring in Research Management and Development at the University of the Visayas.
