CELEBRATE SMALL WINS | The Institute of Industry and Academic Research Incorporated recognizes and celebrates the achievements of its fellows through the launching of the Laurel Awards during the recently concluded 4th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Industry and Academic Research (ICMIAR) 2023 at Aklan State University. This year’s recipients of the Silver Laurel Awards are:
Prof. Dr. Ersyl T. Biray from Aklan State University. He was recognized for his leadership, publication and community engagement. He has served the Institute as speaker, activity chair, book editor, and published author. He is instrumental to the Memorandum of Understanding between Aklan State University and IIARI and actively participated in the International Benchmarking at UiTM Malaysia.
Dr. Ruel F. Ancheta from Gulf College. He was recognized for his leadership, publication and community engagement. He has served as the Institute’s Director for Media and Publications and represented IIARI as speaker in different educational institutions. He has also served as activity chair, book editor, and published author.
Julio Ramillo A. Mercurio was recognized for his leadership, publication and community engagement. He has served as the Institute’s journal managing editor and represented IIARI as speaker in different educational institutions. He has also served as activity chair, published author and actively participated in the International Benchmarking at UiTM Malaysia.
Dr. Karen Joyce G. Cayamanda from University of the Philippines – Mindanao. She was recognized for her leadership, publication and excellence in the field. She is currently member of the Institute’s Board of Trustee and the Director for Conference and Events. She has also served as activity chair, published author and received awards in different activities and events inside and outside IIARI.
