Almighty C. Tabuena, LPT, PMEC, is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Music Education, Cum Laude, at the Philippine Normal University, Manila in 2017. He just recently passed his Comprehensive Examination (High Pass) for Master of Arts in Education with Specialization in Music Education (Completed Academic Requirements) at the same university. He is also a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified (LSSWBC), Certified Associate in Scrum Fundamentals (CASF), and Certified Publons Academy Peer Reviewer.

At present, he is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding President of the Academic Course Tutorial Online Education Inc., full-time faculty member and research teacher in the Senior High School Department at Espiritu Santo Parochial School of Manila, Inc., and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member of various international journals. Aside from his work in the academe, he also serves as the musical director, pianist, composer, and arranger of a male-group choir named Koro De Hombres, established in 2015, in Manila, Philippines.

His research work focuses on action research, art, assessment and evaluation, material development, educational research, and music. He has presented papers at institutional, local, and international conferences and published research articles in local, international, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), and Scopus-indexed journals. In recognition of his interest and advocacy in research, he was given numerous awards, such as Gold Medal for Policy Innovation (2021), Research Excellence Award (2021), Most Outstanding Research (2017), and Best in Action Research (2017).
