Julie Fe D. Panoy is a licensed professional teacher, an assistant professor of science education, and current Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Laguna State Polytechnic University, San Pablo City, Philippines. She likewise acts as the publication adviser of the Technology Advocate, the official student publication in the campus she is currently in. Her research interests are in the areas of science education, assessment of learning, and instructional material development.
