Ms. Glemechille is a licensed agriculturist who has an extensive experience in the field of agriculture from traditional to modern intensive farming. She does field extension, laboratory experiments, research evaluation and administrative work. Her being an industry expert qualifies her as an editor of the journal. Currently, she is an assistant professor and a project leader in crops production at Southern Luzon State University in the Philippines. She had been an agricultural technologist, agricultural technician and laboratory head. She completed her Master in Agriculture at Cavite State University in the Philippines. She also holds several national certifications in agricultural production and horticulture.

Her applied research and laboratory experiments are valuable to the field. Thus, she served as trainer and resource person to more than 30 trainings, seminars and conferences in the Philippines. She has been a partner in the training programmes of the Agricultural Training Institute – Region IVA and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. No wonder she was bestowed with several awards including the 2017 Research and Extension Grant Proposal Competition at her university.
